My Hospital Bag
I'm due this coming Tuesday and I finally managed to get my hospital bag packed (phew!). I am a mother of two Ivy (4) and Ollie (2) already so this little bundle has not been too fussed over but when getting myself ready for birth I like to not only have some beautiful things to dress and wrap my sweetheart in but also some lovely things for myself to pamper and indulge. I thought I could share my "essentials" here with you all. Seana xx
My mumma goodies include lovely little bits from our favs down at the Bangalow Pharmacy including; Aesop hand cream and deodorant, perfume oil by Maison Louis Marie and hair brush and tooth brush by Koh-i-Noor because I have learnt the hard way that you will be looking back at those photos of yourself with your newborn for years to come :). I also have a diary and camera for taking down and capturing those first few precious moments and a gorgeous Lee Matthews slip to wear home. The pads, robe, maternity bra and witchhazel are already tucked away in my bag, that was the boring bit - not as conducive to my beautiful flat lay ;D.
I have also packed some lovely little bits for my bub. These include; onesies by Nature Baby, a hand knitted beanie (thanks Granny), Natural Rubber Soothers, nappies by Eco-originals, wipes by Wotnot, baby wrap and throw by Yoli and Otis. All these goodies are packed perfectly into individual drawstring bags and tucked neatly into my Bernii Baby Bag.
